How much does a new roof cost in Oklahoma?
Most asphalt-shingle replacements for a single-family home in our area run between $9,000 and $18,000 depending on roof size, pitch, and material. Standing-seam metal is typically 40–80% more, but lasts two to three times as long. We give written estimates, not guesses.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most asphalt replacements take 1–3 working days. Metal roofs and complex layouts can take longer. We won't tarp and leave — once we start, we finish.
Do you offer free inspections?
Yes. We'll walk the roof, document any concerns with photos, and give you a written assessment whether or not you hire us.
Do you handle insurance claims?
No. We focus on what we're good at — building roofs that last. If you're working with an insurer, we'll provide the inspection documentation you need to file your own claim.
What areas of Oklahoma do you serve?
We're based in Maysville and primarily serve south-central Oklahoma — Garvin, McClain, Cleveland, Grady, Stephens, and Oklahoma counties. We work across the state, though; call us if you're outside that radius.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Oklahoma.
Do you use your own crews?
Yes. We don't sub roofs out. The people on your roof work for Upright.
